Refund & Return Policy
At Pink Homecoming Dress, we are committed to making sure you are completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in the original packaging
You will need to provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your dress is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue by offering a return, exchange, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Dresses that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
If you need a different size, style, or color, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the replacement once your return has been processed.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
